FedEx has been a hot mess of late. Amazon dumped them last fall and the
interwebz are loaded with people disgruntled with the FedEx service. I
had some issues with them at Christmas this year getting things in a
timely fashion and being outright lied to about the status of packages
and reason(s) for non-delivery. There was an item in our local news a
week or so back about how packages coming to Buffalo are being re-routed
to the Henrietta (Rochester) facility where they linger for quite some time.
FWIW. YMMV. Personally, I like the postal service.

If the dimension includes a fraction, a fraction of 1/2 or greater will be rounded up to the next whole number; less than 1/2 will be rounded down to the next whole number.
