[GreenKeys] 28ASR rebuild - rear rail issue

This might be useless information, but I ran into a situation that 
frustrated me in trying to add a dome mount (auxiliary) reperf. to my ASR.

I couldn't figure out how the studs were supposed to thread into the 
rear rail and match the base of the reperf.

It turned out that my machine was old enough to have an early design 
part.  It was missing two holes.  The newer one has 14 holes and 2 
slots.  Mine only had 12 holes and 2 slots.  Or if you wanted an easier 
check without taking things apart, you would have 6 holes between the 
slot and the left angle support rail for the keyboard.  Two of them 
would be occupied by the TD base.

Mr_RTTY has the newer design part.

As I said maybe useless information.
