[GreenKeys] Got new Teletype writer,need help to make it work.

Jason, do you have the PCB from Nagle, or are you trying to build the device yourself?  John used to have the board and a case you could get then source the parts yourself.  Most of the components are surface mount and except for one very small SMD part I was able to get everything else mounted myself.  The one part I had done by a professional.  So far I have four of these devices and they work like a charm!

Hello ,I just got a teletypewriter ,it seems to be a imitation of RFT T51 which was an imitation of  the Siemens T37.

I love these mechanical computing things,and want to make it work again.

I'm trying to make a ttyloopdriver <https://github.com/John-Nagle/ttyloopdriver> (https://github.com/John-Nagle/ttyloopdriver) to connect it with my computer.But because of lack of hardware design knowledge,I encountered many problems.Last night after running awhile I saw smoke rising from the motor remote control part.

Another question is this one needs 40mA current to work,I want to know what if line in a 60mA current loop which is supplied by ttyloopdrive board. 



the motor runs with sparks in the carbon brush.
