[GreenKeys] A fun little project.

Henning was talking to Sean in England about British teleprinters
using +/- 20 mA bipolar keying rather that the on/keying used
everywhere else. He told Sean to get in touch with me. So we
discussed the problem. I came up with a simple solid state
bi-polar keyer. It was a fun project. Sean ordered PC boards
based on my design and filled them with parts. It works.
