And potentially a useful item for someone who wants to operate a 
mechanical teleprinter on radio.  However a question is whether it is
complete in itself or if it requires an externam baud rate pulse 
generator.  I would suspect it does, as I know of similar items by
other companies that do - a whole rack of regenerators using a common
baud rate generator.
