[GreenKeys] Model 19 on ITTY

Virgil,

Thanks for your input.  In my experience, these USB to serial dongles do 
not support 5-bit data.  I think the USARTS, in the early PC cards were 
based on the old Zilog design that could be set in almost any way by the 
drivers.  Software like Heavy Metal would work just fine on these 
dionsaurs, but not the new dongles.
