[GreenKeys] Anyone interested in 100WPM?

I don’t know which gears are in my 28 ASR yet. I think that my 28 KSR has 60WPM gears. At least some of my Kleinschmidt equipment has both 60 and 100 WPM gears in them, so they can be switched over without too much trouble. My TT-4 was set up for 100 when I got it, and I switched it over to 60 with the spare gear set stowed inside, IIRC. I hope that my 28 ASR is geared at 60 WPM for my primary use of it, but it would have been neat if it had come with the gear shift option installed. 

Is the gear shift feature an easy retrofit in a 28 ASR, assuming one can be found? Are they rare?
