[GreenKeys] 33 parity keyboard issues

I have a model 33 keyboard with two problems:
- the CTRL key has no effect, and
- the parity bit is always set... at first I didn’t think this was a
problem, since it doesn’t interfere with using for input, but now I expect
it’s related to the first-  I think actually it’s just a “parity keyboard”
and meant to produce even parity.

These are apparent with the keyboard disconnected, so it’s not a wiring
fault elsewhere.  There’s nothing visually wrong that I can see, and the
contacts all appear to be moving correctly (and electrically clean).

Anyone encountered this before?
