I added a dimensioned sketch of the hammer lever to the head sketch -
reload the image if you need to

A photo of the hammer lever is here

If the 3D printing doesn't work out. John Poulton and I have discussed a
way to make a mold.

I made a very crude mold just holding a couple of pieces of metal together
while pouring in goop from a hot glue gun to surround a hammer lever. After
cooling I trimmed the goop with a razor blade.

I have installed this test head in an LPR for testing, only to find out
this LPR won't print anything but nulls- so yet another repair project! The
selector levers are selecting but the transfer levers ain't
transferring.....

To fit the test head, I followed Mark's lead about pulling the hammer lever
and ribbon guide out the back side of the LPR.

That was a somewhat painful process, but I just couldn't imagine taking off
the faceplate to get at the hammer - particularly because this LPR has a
powered backspace mechanism.

LPR disassembly/reassembly jobs run the gamut from insanely difficult to
impossible...
Once we have some heads that work, we'll need a YouTube video showing how
to fit it.

Cheers,
