[GreenKeys] More 28 reperf hammer head photos

Great photos. I for one would like to have the measurements of the 
metal part the sleeve fits
on and another set of measurements for the sleeve as a double check. 
The hole appears to be
not centered in the sleeve in one direction which I don't see noted 
anywhere. This info would be
appreciated by me and probable anyone else that wanted to take a stab 
at making the part.

 >I took apart another reperf which looked like it hadn't seen much 
use. the head material is different from the previous one I had photographed.

although it does appear to have worn some (photo 02).
