[GreenKeys] RTTY and other gear in Rockford, IL

Quite a collection!

What is item # 69"

Looks like the perforator & character counter of a M19, with a cover 
over the top where the M15 printer would be.  I thought at first that 
someone had just made their own cover, but there are labels (military?) 
on the cover.

Was this a "standard" M19 version?
