[GreenKeys] New 28ASR Manual on line

This is a 1979 US Navy manual that covers all the Navy's high-level and
low-level Model 28 ASR sets. It is in 3 volumes, each around 700 pages
(about 50MB each). It was produced by Western Technical Associates based on
Teletype manuals, so the organization is different and it may contain
additional material.

I extracted the wiring diagrams (and index based on Navy model number) to
an additional file (10MB) at

This contains some wiring diagrams that I haven't seen before.
Unfortunately, the editors got rid of the Teletype WD numbers and used
their own Figure numbers.
