[GreenKeys] Keyer KY-463A?

Not KY-463/GRA. That’s a typo or bad OCR. The burst keyer is KY-468/GRA.
Whew, that restores my faith in the military nomenclature system.
No I still don’t know what the KY-463/FGC does. Looking forward to seeing
some photos.

The low-level keyers for M28 that I have info on are all circuit cards that
fit into the double-shielded TEMPEST boxes (ESA).
