[GreenKeys] Keyer KY-463A?

In that it mounts in the LESU, it is probably an interface to low-level 
or  MIL-188 signals. Or maybe an electronic polar relay?

Interesting that there are two _different_ '"KY-463" units. This one is 
apparently  the KY-463/FGC. But there is also KY-463/GRA that is a  
burst keyer for the AN/GRC-74.
