[GreenKeys] 28ASR cable connectors

Well, I am pretty slow on the uptake sometimes......
I just today realized that the TD connector in the 28ASR is unlike the
keyboard and printer connectors.

The TD connector has the guide pin at position 16 and a blank at position
13 and is known as a 20 point connector - The female (cable) connector is
158259

The keyboard and typing unit connectors have the guide pin at position 13
and are known as a 21 point connectors - the female (cable) connector is
152466 (right angle entry) or 152465 (straight entry).

The 28KSR connectors for keyboard and typing unit are the same as the 28ASR.
