[GreenKeys] TD operation on 28ASR

And like all things Teletype, there are mods to change things to whatever
you want.
1) To have the TD be active in all 3 modes, jumper AH2 to AH7 on the
keyboard terminal block.
2) To keep the punch from operating in KT mode, install cam 176436 .
