[GreenKeys] KFT demodulator / video / monitor: manual available?

Hello,
I had the chance to buy KFT demodulator KT100, video interface KT101, CRT
monitor KT102 and keyboard KT103.
However they need some restoration.
I don't have the cables, so I must search for connectors as well, but I
don't know what brand / series they are.

I'm searching for manuals and schematic, and details about the connectors.
