[GreenKeys] First USN RTTY converter FRA

It needs some cosmetic work but appears complete and unmolested.

AFAIK, Model FRA is the US Navy's first RTTY converter. Although I try to
stick to post-war equipment, I couldn't resist this one - it is not just
the first model, it is the prototype, X-FRA s/n X1.
