[GreenKeys] Solid State Motor Control Relay

Thank you John.  This is very interesting.  I'm always amazed when high
voltage circuit boards are routed out in such a fashion that the designer
*didn't* take advantage of the maximum creepage and clearance possible.  It
costs nothing to do that, and yet they so often don't.
