Don't know about 14/15 motors, but the 28 KSR motor draws less than 2 amps. Inrush during starting is about 9. Now my question is, is this installed and driving the machine, or on the test bench?
I suspect the 10 amp SSR would be fine. Detailed specs would probably give you a surge current rating as well as the continuous duty rating.
