[GreenKeys] Plattens & LFs

On friction feed Teletypes (Mdl 28) is it possible to improve the platten, I
think I have one that's pretty hard (and possibly the other rollers) to so
line feeds seem to be a little erratic in there spacings.  If I put a little
pulling tension on the paper the LFs seem to be consistent in the spacing.

Ways to improve this?
