I can attest to the FlexRadio waterfall displaying the Mark and Space tuning
indicators just beautifully on the screen!

I know I may be speaking heresy here, but the absolute best RTTY tuning
indicator is the FlexRadio spectrum/waterfall. Mark and space tuning
indicators get placed exactly on the mark and space tones.
As far as the TUs go, if you are using an old analog radio, the Dovetron is
a gem if you are receive only. Tweak the mark and space knobs on virtually
any set of tones as long as you can hear them. For two-way, you still need
to tune the radio to the cross display, but it is just as easy as a scope
(at least to me).
An interesting tuning indicator is on the irl FSK-1000 - separate meters for
mark and space. It actually works pretty well.
