[GreenKeys] strange dovetron?

I have not used a unit with the LEDs, just a scope and sometimes just the meter of the st-6.

I have only used an old tube demodulator , think it was a PAT , and a couple of st-6 and the built in one of my Icom 746pro that has segments on the display.

The ones with the scope were the best for me to use. I could tell which way to tune the receiver if there was any drift. I could tell if the others shift or tones were not very close to what they should be.

It was interesting to watch the scope and sometimes see one tone fade out and then the other. I did not know selective fading could be that selective.

The meter is very good for those without a scope. Just tune for the maximum signal .

Beautiful! Curious how people like the cross-LED display vs a scope? Easier to tune? Same difference?
