[GreenKeys] ASR33 keyboard adjustments

I'm having a hard time tracking down two bugs with the ASR33 keyboard, and
so I seek to tap into the wisdom of the group 8-)
The first is an occasional bit 1 (LSB) flip to mark. (So a BBBBBBBB...
becomes BBBBBBCBBBB)
I looked at the contact wire for B1 and it looks OK. The tape reader is
perfect, implying to me that the TD is OK. (this is in local loop back, so
it cannot be a timing issue)
The second problem is an occasional double character so ABAB becomes ABAAB.
If anyone has suggestions as to the likely culprits, please let me know!
