[GreenKeys] Radio dial scale...

    Depends on how deep the scratches are. For cloudy plastic try 
plain toothpaste. It works as well as the expensive plastic 
polishes. However, if the plastic is too far gone there are a 
couple of folks who make new scales. Someone here will know the 
names.
    I am curious what sort of radio you got.
