Steve, Design Review of your (no rev) drawing:
1. Add the relay coil supression diode on this board (At anode J1-2, cathode J1-1) 1N400x a good choice (see #4). BTW this design assumes the relay coil has reasonable current draw (150ma, for instance?). This would be true for any modern relay. But if you take any old relay out of your junkbox with enough contact rating (lets say >5A) it should have a coil resistance of lets say no less than 100 ohms measured with your multimeter.2. U1 Pin 6/7 go to C1+ as shown, but should NOT connect to U1-1 (i.e. remove the dot)3. Don't know too much about 2n4126, but you can use almost any readily available PNP transistor such as 2N3906 or 2N4403 or any of dozens of others that you might have available.4. If you're doing a new board would recommend bridge can be built out of 4ea 1N4004 or 1N4005 penny diodes. Can always be sourced and are always the same size.
Any other questions let me know
Gerry

How many of you have used this board? Ive used a few of them, but none of them are readily accessible at the moment and I have a question about the schematic. I thought I still had a bare circuit board around here, but I cant seem to locate it.

If I could find the bare board I could try to resolve an issue with what Im seeing on his schematic. Ive attached his schematic and wondering if some of you could put your thinking caps on and help me figure out if what is on the schematic is correct or wrong. It has to do with the opto-isolator (H11D1) pins 4, 5, & 6 and how they are connected. It just looks wrong to me. Trying to see if it is just a mistake on the schematic, but the board itself must be right as I have several buried in working installations.
