What I’ve done for my 19’s - to get it them off of hard surfaces and such, is to use furniture rubber caster cups, such as the following links below (no connection):
https://www.acehardware.com/departments/home-and-decor/cabinet-and-furniture-hardware/protective-furniture-pads/52496
https://www.acehardware.com/departments/home-and-decor/cabinet-and-furniture-hardware/protective-furniture-pads/51261
The first will fit into the second and allows enough room for the cables to clear the case and the hard surface - when putting them underneath the pads/feet that are part (on the base) of the Teletype (or screws, if the rubber has gone bad and have fallen off the 15/19). They also act as shocks in effect, so when the 15/19 is goes hammer crazy, the rubber tampers down the movement between the TT and what’s below. Kind’a fun to watch the TT try to fight, but fail to go anywhere ;p .
Anywho, hope this helps ^^ !
