[GreenKeys] Long shot - Frederick 1280 parts unit??

I was given a Frederick 1280A TU by a very kind greenkeyer. I think it is
running but the plasma display isn't. My scope shows multiplexed +90v on
digits and -90v on segments, so I am pretty sure it is the glass plasma
panel itself at fault.

Does anyone have a junker?? 1280 or 1280A should work.
