[GreenKeys] Hall ST-8000 and driving / switching a loop?

You definitely need something between the ST8000 and a high voltage
loop. Have you found manuals at:
http://www.navy-radio.com/rtty/hal.htm ?
There isn't an exact LP-1200 manual. The 1200-1 does polar output for
those that need it and the 1210 is 10 channel, but you can get an idea
of what is required if you can work around military spec overkill.
Dare I suggest a polar relay? It only take a few mils to drive one of
those. Maybe the low voltage outputs could do that? I didn't dig that
far into the specs, but I'm sure somewhere in the manual it will tell
you the max current load those low voltage outputs will tolerate.
Also there are some solid state relays that would work. For example
like used in the Volpe boards.
