[GreenKeys] LESU stud replacement.

Imagine being 45 stories above the street in New York City - the crane is swimming a 1500 pound steel beam over to you and your job is to line up the holes in the end of it with the ones in the beam you are sitting on.. you have a bucket of bolts and nuts and one tool. 

In the Navy it's called a marlin spike. In your shop it might be a Phillips screwdriver a bit smaller than the holes you need to line up. Or if you are flush with tools, it's a wood handled tapered pin that accomhdates a range of hole sizes.
