[GreenKeys] tape reader ID?

Hey guys -
I stumbled across this old video about the Mariner probes in 1962.  Spotted a paper tape reader at ~4:00.  It looked like 7 bit tape, but I was wondering what the equipment was that was reading it.  It looks Teletype-ish.  Also, I think I'm seeing what might be a punch to the right of it.  Thoughts?
