Those two keys are all that a 28 RO has.

Don't know about the switch in the middle.  On selective calling 28 ROs
there is a switch there labelled local-remote and it controls whether
the printer copies selectively or copies everything.  As used by the
FAA, for instance, if the printer is in weather service you want it to
copy everything, but if it is in flight plan service you want it to copy
only messages relevant to the station where it is located.
