Interesting. I seem to recall putting castors on a 28KSR without any problems or worries about tipping, but looking at my machines now I see none of them are on castors so don’t take that to the bank. They raise it about three inches or so.I do have a 28ASR on castors and it is very stable. They screw right into where the feet currently are. I can’t see this 28ASR tipping. The base is empty as best I recall.

That said, I remember tipping was a real threat while putting the castors on, especially when only two were on. I recommend laying it on its back (assuming your based and typing units are screwed down) and putting them on that way, then tipping it back up (which is tricky to do once the wheels are on).

I would not want to try to lift it and lower a KSR into any of those dollies alone. Maybe not even with help because it’s too easy to grab the wrong place.

For those of you who are going to try this and may not know - never lift a 28 by the keyboard. Ever. It will warp.
