I have one (without the nice table). Thee unwinder spool is on a swing arm so it swings into the space below the reader when not in use, swings out all the way to load a spool of tape on it, and to the middle position shown in the photo when in use. The conical center knob is the key to getting the tape to feed nicely from the center of the tape spool.
I am missing the take-up reel.
I gather that left leg of the table (which I don't have) included: A feed spool for the punch, a powered winder for the punch or reader, a chad bin, and another center-feed unwinder that hinged up flat against the table leg when not in use. What you can see on it if you zoom in are keyhole-shaped holes in the side of the leg where winding and feed accessories can be hung.
