Thanks Wayne.

Now LF seems to be fixed.

CR still does not work.

Codebars 134 and 8 is moving, however the CR linkage does not.

There is an Stop-clip in what I think is the second position (Long clip) slightly left of Number 2 Guess it should be called A.

However I cannot find anything on this.

Tomas,

I dont remember the sizes. The upstop should touch the vinyl. Almost anything that will slide on the metal upstop to replace the orange plastic will work.

To adjust, loosen the the two mounting screws and raise the upstop all the way up. The 33 should not LF. Then move the upstop down until the 33 line feeds consistently.

If you move it too low the 33 will LF on any character.

Just check the code bars to be sure you are generating a LF from the kybd. 24 and 8 if you have an ALT kybd. Just 24 if you have an ESC kybd.

Ok, the AB drum does not rotate when I press “Here Is”, although the catch probably tries to do it, might be seized.

Regarding the LF-rubber, how do I determine its size, should it touch the metal lever or should there be any distance?

Just realized that I have numerous of 4-40 studs (DB-Connectors use UNC4-40), just need to break of the external thread.

Here in Sweden Imperial threads are unobtanium, unless you want a couple of thousands.

Tomas,

The AB drum rotates when you press the Here Is key or when you are connected to another machine and they press CTRL E (WRU) (who are you?). Not used much on a computer model.

With the orange plastic broken off, the LF will not work. See the factory one and some fixes attached.

Dont know about the CR. Perhaps a function bar out of place. First make sure you are generating a CR by looking at the codebars that extend out of the printer to the left. CR is 1348 counting from the rear. They will extend out to the left while the other codebars stay to the right when you depress CR key.

The nut is 4-40 Hex if you can find one at a hardware store. Be sure and use a lock and flat washer. Hold the wheel with your fingers when you do the final titening. Just snug it lightly when adjusting positioning.

If you cant find a nut I can send you one and the sub in the last pic which just pushes on your existing LF upstop with a nut driver or the like.

Just pay the shipping. I need your full address. Might take a while to get there.
