[GreenKeys] Seeking Tape Winder

I’ve seen them come up from time to time on ebay.

These aways confuse me. You end up with a tape wound backwards. Then you need another one to unwind and rewind in the correct direction. 

There was an unwinder available which rotated on the ground and the tape came up from the middle.  It turned as the tape came up so the tape would not twist. I’ve never seen one for real and have been searching for one for a long time.
