[GreenKeys] oddity on the bay

That's the name I was trying to remember.  Listened to one of those when 
studying for my first ticket.  Can't recall who it belonged to. Probably 
the old gentleman who lived in Cuba Illinois and had the full Collins 
line of the day.  W9???.
