I’ve watched this price continually drop. It’s down about to where it might be a good deal if one were local (Tualatin Oregon) and could avoid the $200 shipping. It has a make offer on it. 

Cosmetically it is missing the pins to operate the punch and I don’t see the chad box, but otherwise it looks like it has been stored well. I wonder if has been in the room where the photo was taken all these years.
