[GreenKeys] OT: RMDs

It's a US scheme where they encourage you to save for retirement by not taxing a small amount of your income (called pre-tax dollars).  Then when you turn 70.5 years old you are required to take a minimum (Required Minimum Distribution) amount out of the investments so they can tax it.

Of course through all this there are plenty of rules controlling the money.
