I am, though Jordan did all the work of getting them manufactured this run, and I think
made revisions to the board and firmware as well.
BTW all the convenience features like auto-cr/lf won't do anything in passthru/notranslate
mode - the point of that mode was for it to behave as much as possible like a completely
dumb interface for people using software that expects that.
One of the more popular alternatives has been to use a commercial USB-serial interface
chip that can sometimes have its baud rate timing table overwritten so that when you tell
it to use, say, 300 baud, it really runs at around 45 baud. It just passes raw 5 bit
characters straight through. BaudotRSS and some other software expect this kind of interface.
Fwiw I've written a linux base suite of programs for doing stuff like this too, but it's
really not "user-friendly" as far as just being able to install and run it. But if you're

I think Jordan might have forked this too and added to it.
