[GreenKeys] Mystery Machine based on Underwood All Electric

I'm fairly certain the Model 28 printing unit is just sitting there. Without the base, there is nothing to driver the printer. If the drive issue were solved, and they were somehow arranged to both print in the same piece of paper, the printing from one of the machines would be upside-down.

This image came up in another group I follow.
The base of the machine appears to be an Underwood All Electric typewriter.
It honestly looks like someone took part of a Model 28 and set it on top of the typewriter-- the photo is such that I can't tell if it's actually attached or not. Same with the spool-- the spool could be sitting on a stand, or it could actually be attached to the typewriter.
If they're actually integrated into the typewriter, this is quite a Frankenstein.
Anyone know what this might be assuming they're actually integrated and not just parts sitting on top of each other?
