[GreenKeys] Direct sending to Autostart

We have a new feature, still in testing: if you want to send something to the ITTY Autostart channel without using RTTYMailer or going through Greenkeys, you can now just send an email to autostart.itty at gmail.com and it will transmit over the autostart channel.  RTTYMailer is the preferred method if you need control over formatting because email messages are “processed”. 

Remember, everyone who is listening to Autostart will see what you send, but it has always been that way.
