[GreenKeys] Teletype 33 ASR - no automatic carriage return

It depends.  There's two ways that 33's deal with end of line conditions.
Both are triggered by the automatic codebar moving to the right.  When the
carriage is near the end, the codebar is move slightly to the right,
causing the margin bell to ring.  When the carriage reaches the end, it
moves the codebar further to the right causing the end-of-line bell to
ring.  Physically, these are the same bell.  The codebar also triggers one
of the operations described below.

On my 33, once the code bar is in position, there are function levers that
are triggered that in turn trigger both the line feed and carriage return
functions to operate.

On some 33's, the spacing mechanism is inhibited.
