[GreenKeys] Loop supply rheostats

The markings say "Insulated for 300 volts."   They're supposed to be good for 25 watts (from label data:  2500ohms/0.1amp**2) & physically match the size of some labeled 25-watters on my shelf.

I can’t really read the picture on ebay clear, but it is either 300 volts or 500 volts. I can read .10 AMP clearly
