[GreenKeys] Model 33 chad box removal and reinstall

Hi Kevin and GK,

I should have said "lid", not "cover". See attached from parts book, two variants circled. I think the only difference between the variants might be the button labels (which would be irrelevant for the purpose of reproducing the basic lid).

Also two pics attd for clarity.

Anyway, the lid is a much smaller and simpler part than the cover itself.
