You may want to use something like I have played with. It is a dc to dc
module. They cost around 5 ot 10 dollars from China. It takes from about 10
to 20 volts input and will give you 50 to 300 volts out. You can do like I
did and feed it with a wall cube that has about 12 volts to 20 volts output
at 1 to 2 amps. That and a resistor of about 2000 ohms at 10 to 20 watts is
all you need. You can adjust the voltage to set the current to 60 ma or 20
ma with a different resistor.
If you go this route, be careful as it is powered by a 12 v cube the high
voltage output can be deadly just as any high voltage.

As others have mentioned be sure to use a resistor with the supply you
mentioned (or any other one) of around 2000 ohms for a 100 to 150 volt
supply to set the current to 60 ma, or 20 ma in some cases.
You can often get by with about 50 volts if it is just one machine and
local, not over the radio.
