[GreenKeys] Loop supply options

To me these are pretty cheap, but only because I couldn't seem to find anything suitable under $100.
I looked and looked on Mouser and Digikey over a year ago to find a suitable power supply, but I must have missed this one. I ended up getting a much larger supply (5 amp!) for something like $130 from a Chinese manufacturer (it's worked great in spite of the dangers we all know are inherent when getting junk from over there). Complete overkill, yes. I wanted to use the supply to power many parallel loops and a few tape punches, though. Even then it's still overkill.
By the way, does anyone know what kind of current a typical tape punch draws? A Model 19 punch or 14 reperforator, for example? I have a few I intend to get into service sometime soon, but I have not yet experimented with them much.
