Have your tried Jordan?  What he has is a remake of the one Eric Volpe made
years ago.  Yesterday he had plenty of "spares."

After quite a bit of poking around, I am sadly unable to find the actual
place from which to buy one of the USB/TTY converter board assembly device
instrument adapter system thingies...
