Looks like that resistor is PN 181816? Odd, the description says “Resistor, 4200 ohms”. Anyone have spares for sale? If I have to kludge something, what wattage might be required?

Only with a 20 MA PS supply. You will need the Local mode.

You could hook up the supply and do your testing in Line mode of course. Just hook it up like the second 9 volt batt test. You are looping the signal thru the distributor and making the 33 a half duplex machine without changing any connectors.

Terminal Strip screw connections that parallel the P2 pins are 3 and 4 Send and 6 and 7 Receive. Just jumper 4 to 6 and use 3 and 7 for the two wire connect to the PS.
