MMTTY does work, You just have to set the MARk freq to 1275 and it will find 1313 automatically.
FWIW - I am using a Dovetron for this.

Thanks for setting up this Halloween broadcast, but I'm afraid very few
people will be able to copy it due to your unique tone frequencies.
Many (if not most) AFSK converters utilize fixed frequency filters for
demodulation. Even software programs, such as MMTTY, will not copy your
1313/1483 Hz AFSK tones.
Next time, it would be best to stick to the "standard" 170 Hz shift
tones of 2125/2295 Hz.
